For a light Panna Cotta, boill 500 g cream and 500 g milk in a pan. Remove from heat and whisk in Panna Cotta mix. Ready to use in desired way. Optional to flavour with Vanilla. For a richer Panna Cotta, prepare with 800 g Cream and 200 g Milk.
